Verify that your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the security tags attached; please note that formal wear and sale items may have specific exclusions.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a store credit or an exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your garment in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our Australian studio.
Processing and Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
